Craft Decor is a family-run business founded in 1976 by the present management to provide a high-quality painting and decorating service.
The Company quickly established a local reputation, undertaking contracts for Bournemouth Council (painting and maintaining the pier and seafront for 15 years), major commercial companies and management companies of numerous residential and commercial apartment blocks... Its success was - and remains - attributable to a firm commitment to quality.
In 1986, as a result of consistent client enquiries, Craft Decor's management decided to utilise the skills and experience of its workforce to complement its traditional range of services to clients.
Craft Decor has diversified to provide specialist services such as sash window repairs and timber restoration (the in-situ conservation and restoration of timber windows and doors using the acclaimed 'Window Care Systems'), the restoration/renovation of many listed buildings and period properties and offers a comprehensive repair and general maintenance capability (with 24hr response call-out) for properties of all sizes and ages.
After more than 30 years of service, Craft Decor has grown to become a Main Contractor in its own right - regularly co-ordinating large property maintenance and restoration/renovation projects. The Company is also a full member of several leading industry bodies.
Whilst based in Dorset, the company now operates throughout the South of England, enjoying a great reputation for reliability, specialist skills and its care and attention to detail.
