Craft Decor operates a specialised Property Maintenance service - providing an end-to-end service that includes checking, painting, decorating, restoring and servicing commercial premises, period properties and listed buildings throughout Dorset and Hampshire.
Offering a unique mix of modern methodologies and traditional craftmanship, we operate as either sub- or Main Contractors on works for both one-off maintenance/restoration projects and ongoing maintenance contracts of varying lengths (some of over 15 years). All of our operatives are fully-trained and many are skilled and experienced specialists in their respective fields.
Our service covers masonry repairs and restoration (brickwork, pointing), restoring original drainpipes and guttering (or replacing with new), a high quality painting and decorating service, timber restoration and glazing/glass replacement.
24-hour Response Call-Out
As part of many of our ongoing maintenance contracts, we provide a 24-hour Response Call-Out service to repair, replace and 'make good' any damage to heritage buildings that may occur as a result of accident, vandalism or storm damage... a unique specialist service that is highly valued by many clients including management companies, letting agents and councils.
